You would use JFP1, And Pin's 1&3 would be the hard drive, 2 & 4 would be the LED, 6 & 8 would be the power switch, and 5&7 would be the reset switch. Here is a diagram of another MSI similiar and usually they have their pins on their jumpers pretty much the same.
